How do I use these?

Web Feeds are a means whereby a site creates a special non-human readable page that summarizes changes such as new pages, updates, etc.

Generally you add the feeds to your reader by clicking on them, then clicking subscribe. Some browsers may show an orange icon with waves in the status bar or location bar to click instead. Your reader may also allow you to manually subscribe by copying-and-pasting the feed URI

"Feeds" are read by feed-readers that reconstitute human-readable information out of them. Many free readers exist for various operating systems and Google Reader is a popular free web-app that works in all modern Browsers. Vistua Network offers official support and advice to its users on using Reader.
