Journal: FLASH: Time Warner Abandons “Tiered Pricing” Initiative

NEWS: Time Warner Cable has announced that it has abandoned the so-called “Tiered Pricing” scheme in the Rochester market. This scheme would have caused rates to ascend to previously unthinkable of levels of extravagance, as opposed to the currently cognizable levels of extravagance they now stand at.

Intense consumer and political pressure, including a number of large Facebook groups, public demonstrations and speechification by Sen. Charles Schumer may have been factors in the move.

The reprieve is sure to be temporary, Time Warner will dress the pig in Versace and return to it again.

Further information as it is needed.
