Journal: Introducing the Knowledge Base

The Vistua Network Online Helpdesk is building a knowledge base. This is a project to improve technical support offerings by creating a database of articles relating to common situations, terms, software, hardware and miscellaneous items of The Vistua Network System. For example there are articles on The Intel Video Regression, Firefox and of course, knowledge bases themselves, as well as many other articles.

Since the KB is part of the Vistua Hub it is a wiki and you can edit it, and add new articles. The KB Index includes instructions on how to get your page to be picked up automatically by the knowledge base.

Please help us to undertake this new endeavor.
