  1. A towing company — in case of a car breakdown.
  2. A cab company — in case you get stranded somewhere.
  3. Doctor(s) you are under the care of.
  4. Your regional poisonings and drug overdose helpline(s)
    • Listed on front inside cover of phone book.
  5. 1-800-4664-411 — nation-wide free 411 service.
  6. Your mobile carrier’s support department.
    • This will be on your bill or your carrier’s website.
  7. A reputable locksmith. — in case you get locked out of your home
  8. Your insurance claim hotlines.
    • These will be on your insurance cards or bills.
  9. The stolen card hotlines for all of your credit/debit cards.
    • You will find it on the back of each card.
  10. An entry labeled “Home” — in case you are incapacitated. (Hospital staff, etc are trained to look for this.)
