Journal: Planned Hub Downtime (April 2010)

Our Internet Service Provider has informed us that they will have downtime for some sites, including The Vistua Hub, because of equipment replacement at the data center.

This means that at some time on 14 April www.vistua.com will experience a planned outage beginning around 10:30 AM EDT. The downtime should only last a few minutes, however, it could take longer.

There is a very small chance that the site will continue to experience issues for some time after that. We apologize in advance if that happens.

Please note that this outage will only affect The Vistua Hub website located at www.vistua.com all other services will not be affected.

The Groupware (mail, calendar, contacts, Gdocs, etc) will remain online and will both send and receive mail. Navigate directly to mail.vistua.com to access without visiting the Hub.

Intranet services within the vistua.net domain will not be affected.

Individual users sites not hosted on vistua.com will also not be affected.

You will be to download PR worksheets from gdocs.vistua.com Look under "shared with me" on the left column. It will not be possible to use the online PR facility at this time. Problem reports may still be emailed manually to admin@vistua.net of course.
