Very funny...

The Administration, when writing on Vistua.com tends to use "editorial we".

Why? Because it helps to avoid confusion about when the admin is expressing his own personal opinion and when what's being said expresses the official "opinion" of The Vistua Network Organization, in particular when what is said is a policy statement.

It's also standard practice. This is known as "Nosism" or "Pluralis Auctoris". It's also future proof, in the future there may be more than one admin.

When royalty does this it is referred to as "Majestis Pluralis" and stems from the very literal unity of the State and the actual Monarch. Although in most countries with monarchies the power of The State technically flows from the monarch the monarch him/her-self is not particularly powerful and often functions as a trophy more than anything else.
