What follows should be added to the end of your HOSTS file if you are in the Celery WLAN

  • On Microsoft Windows, this file is C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
  • On , this file /etc/hosts

On UNIX: Please be sure that you have not configured YP or NIS or another such service so that the hosts file is not consulted. The Network does not use NIS.

Hosts Definitions

192.168.1.2 frontios.vistua.net

192.168.1.3 macroscope.vistua.net 192.168.1.5 sulva.vistua.net 192.168.1.7 calufrax.vistua.net

Please note that on UNIX/Linux the line 127.0.0.1 localhost may also be required. On Windows, localhost resolution is not handled here. On windows, if the line ::1 localhost is present, do not remove it.
