News and Notes has migrated to The Vistua Hub. Because the old News and Notes used a different content management system, and because the actual importing of all of the old pages into the new CMS was deemed impractical, the decision was made to make a static archive of News and Notes, as it was, available in perpetuity, that all the content might be preserved.
This is why the archive is not integrated into the mainstream vistua.com templating system and the templating system available is very spartan in nature.
